Reimbursement or refund<\/h3>\n

Your satisfaction is very important to us. For this reason, if your order does not meet your expectations, it can be returned with our approval. In this case, you will be charged for the shipping costs for both the delivery and the return of the order. The price of the product will be refunded in full. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. <\/p>\n

In the event that an order is returned without our agreement the full price of the order and shipping will not be refunded. If the contents of the package are damaged or broken during delivery, the price and shipping fees will be refunded. If this happens, please contact us at mailto:ceramics@terramani.ch<\/a> and send us photos of the damaged content.<\/p>\n

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\n

It is the responsibility of the customer to enter the correct delivery details during the online order. In the case that the wrong address was entered, the order and the shipping fees will not be refunded. All extra costs of package return and postage are the responsibility of the customer. Terra e Mani is not responsible for any tax or fees that might be added to international orders.<\/p>\n
