No-shows will be charged at full price and will not be refunded.<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h3>Cancellation by the participants<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-secondary ); letter-spacing: 0px;\">Cancellations of individual appointments or entire packages are not possible.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"letter-spacing: 0.6px;\">Rebooking by the participant<\/h3>\n<div><span style=\"letter-spacing: normal;\">You can rebook any appointment with a lead time of 7 days. You can manage your appointments in the customer portal with your user account. Click on this <a title=\"My Bookings\" href=\"https:\/\/terramani.ch\/en\/meinebuchungen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Link<\/a> to go to the customer portal.<\/span><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<h3>Packages<\/h3>\n<div>All contingent dates are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Appointments that are not booked expire after the expiration date and will not be refunded. Our courses take place with a minimum of two people. We work in small groups, so it is important that you let us know in good time if you are unable to attend a course or would like to change your booking.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<div>\n<h3>Cancellation by the participants<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-secondary ); letter-spacing: 0px;\">The following guidelines apply to canceling or rebooking a course by the course participant:<\/span><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full refund or free rebooking up to 14 days before the start of the course<\/li>\n<li>No refund if less than 14 days before the start of the course<\/li>\n<li>Rebooking is possible up to 7 days before the start of the course<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<h3>Cancellation by the Atelier Terra e Mani<\/h3>\n<div>We reserve the right to cancel courses due to an insufficient number of participants or for other unforeseeable reasons.&nbsp;<span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-secondary ); letter-spacing: 0px;\">Bei einer Absage durch uns, haben die Teilnehmenden die Wahl zwischen einer vollen R\u00fcckerstattung der Kurskosten oder einer Umbuchung auf einen k\u00fcnftigen Kurs. These are stated in the respective course description.
