Open Studio

Reservations for workstations are binding. No-shows will be charged at full price and will not be refunded.

Cancellation by the participants

Cancellations of individual appointments or entire packages are not possible.

Rebooking by the participant

You can rebook any appointment with a lead time of 7 days. You can manage your appointments in the customer portal with your user account. Click on this Link to go to the customer portal.

Packages

All contingent dates are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Appointments that are not booked expire after the expiration date and will not be refunded. Therefore, book packages in such a way that you are sure to be able to attend all appointments.

Pottery courses

All course registrations are binding. Our courses take place with a minimum of two people. We work in small groups, so it is important that you let us know in good time if you are unable to attend a course or would like to change your booking.

Cancellation by the participants

The following guidelines apply to canceling or rebooking a course by the course participant:

Full refund or free rebooking up to 14 days before the start of the course
No refund if less than 14 days before the start of the course
Rebooking is possible up to 7 days before the start of the course

Cancellation by the Atelier Terra e Mani

We reserve the right to cancel courses due to an insufficient number of participants or for other unforeseeable reasons. Bei einer Absage durch uns, haben die Teilnehmenden die Wahl zwischen einer vollen Rückerstattung der Kurskosten oder einer Umbuchung auf einen künftigen Kurs. Wir bemühen uns, Stornierungen so früh wie möglich bekannt zu geben.
