Reimbursement or refund

Your satisfaction is very important to us. For this reason, if your order does not meet your expectations, it can be returned with our approval. In this case, you will be charged for the shipping costs for both the delivery and the return of the order. The price of the product will be refunded in full. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

If you wish to return a product, please contact us first at mailto:ceramics@terramani.ch. We will provide you with the necessary information for the return. In the event that an order is returned without our agreement the full price of the order and shipping will not be refunded. If the contents of the package are damaged or broken during delivery, the price and shipping fees will be refunded. If this happens, please contact us at mailto:ceramics@terramani.ch and send us photos of the damaged content.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Delivery

It is the responsibility of the customer to enter the correct delivery details during the online order. In the case that the wrong address was entered, the order and the shipping fees will not be refunded. All extra costs of package return and postage are the responsibility of the customer. Terra e Mani is not responsible for any tax or fees that might be added to international orders.

To return your product, you should mail it to the following address:

You must pay the shipping costs for returning the item yourself. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Pottery courses

We work in small groups, so it is important that you inform us as early as possible if you are unable to attend a course or would like to rebook a course.

Cancellation by the participants

All course registrations are binding. The following guidelines apply to canceling or rebooking a course by the course participant:

  • Full refund or free rebooking up to 14 days before the start of the course
  • No refund if less than 14 days before the start of the course
  • Rebooking is possible up to 7 days before the course starts.

Cancellation by the Atelier Terra e Mani

Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, Kurse infolge ungenügender Teilnehmerzahl oder bei anderen unvorhersehbaren Ursachen, zu stornieren. Bei einer Absage durch uns, haben die Teilnehmenden die Wahl zwischen einer Rückerstattung der Kurskosten oder einer Umbuchung auf einen zukünftigen Kurs. Wir bemühen uns, Stornierungen so früh wie möglich bekannt zu geben.

Cancellation policy for courses run by external instructors

Courses run by external instructors may be subject to their own cancellation policies. These are stated in the respective course description. If no explicit cancellation conditions are mentioned in the course description, the conditions of Terra e Mani automatically apply.

Liability and insurance

Participation in the courses is at your own risk. Terra e Mani accepts no liability, to the extent permitted by law, for any injury or damage caused by the use of the equipment or participation in the course. Participants are responsible for taking out adequate accident and liability insurance.

Open Studio

Reservations for workstations are binding. No-shows will be charged at full price and will not be refunded.

Cancellation by the participants

Cancellations of individual appointments or entire packages are not possible, but appointments can be rebooked within the specified time frame. 
 

Rebooking by the participant

You can rebook any appointment with a lead time of 2 days. You can manage your appointments in the customer portal with your user account. Click on the following link to get to the customer portal:
 

Packages

All contingent dates are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Appointments that are not booked expire after the expiration date and will not be refunded. Therefore, book packages in such a way that you are sure to be able to attend all appointments.
 

Liability and insurance

You are liable for intentional or negligent damage to studio property, equipment or borrowed items and bear all repair or replacement costs. Use of the studio is at your own risk. Personal accident and liability insurance is the responsibility of the users of the Open Studio.
